Midland Financial shows on my credit report that I owe - $1300.00 as of -/-/12. Per the Federal Trade Commission Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 809 Validation of Debts that the Consumer should be notified within 30 days of any debt. I am unaware of this debt.
