in -/-/- i received a auto title loan with Title Max its now -/-/- and i am still oweing - on a - loan. this is my complaint, i have comprehensive coverage on my truck and i stated that to them when i received the loan in -/-/- but what i have found out is the whole time i have been paying this loan every month never late, they have been add on charges for comprehensive coverage, that i already had and the only reason it come to light is a employee of title maxx brought this to my attention 2 months ago. Also because of all the refinances and the high insurance charges, [ when i already had insurance ] the loan cost me more than i expected. Also they refinanced the loan - times, i had no ideal what they were doing, I took the loan in good faith, and paid every month, but they did not deal with me in good faith, by repeatedly making me a loans with terms that i could not afford to repay in full, Also last year I ask - of the employees of tile max, could i just come by and make payments before my due date if i had extra money to bring down the loan, i was told no i had to wait until due date of loan, Also last month i told - of the employees at title maxx about all the wrong things that was being done to me in my contract he said to me its to late, i can, t do anything about it now. I really need help because i was done wrongly can your company help me? also the lady that made the - loan that got me started was fired last year, her and the whole staff for something that they were doing, i founded this out today -/-/-. I really need your help.
