Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Ohio
I would like to bring your attention that COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL are violating several laws pertaining to my social security Number, and the FDCPA. First thing, I would like to know how they came into possession of my social security number, who authorized their company to use their tradeline on my credit file. Furthermore, they have placed a negative account on my credit file before they addressed a debt assumption letter to me. According to my credit file, the date for this fraudulent account was placed on my credit file - -, 2015, and I am just now receiving a debt assumption letter on - -, 2015. I would like to state for the record that I have never received a debt assumption letter from them until now ; if they sent any letter previous to - -, 2015, I demand they show proof of mailing and proof of claim that I have ever received such letter. I have disputed this with all three credit bureaus and the bureaus claim they have verified the account. How can this be if I am just now receiving a debt assumption letter in - -, 2015, when this has been on my credit file since - -, 2015. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE, THEN WHY WOULD THEY SEND ME A DEBT ASSUMPTION LETTER IN -/-/-, IF THEY ALREADY TOOK THE APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR THEM TO PUT THIS ON MY CREDIT FILE IN -/-/-.?
