The above referenced debt is being reported in error and inaccurately on my credit report. The account does not belong to me and this has been confirmed in writing by Commonwealth Financial/Northeast Credit & Collection. Please refer to the attached CFPB Complaint showing that this debt is for a minor and does not belong to me. It is worth noting that I am not the custodial parent or guardian of any child whom could have acquired this debt.
