Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer New Jersey
The collection agency/law firm is collecting on a debt that is in a formal dispute. They are violating my rights under the fair credit debt collections practices act. The creditor has continually sent it to collections without satisfying the initial dispute and for this reason the collection agency is also violating my rights.
