My wife and I have completed all required documents to refinance our home loan E-CEPT for - documents held by Ocwen, after I have called them many times. Our refi is being delayed without reason, thanks to Ocwen delaying sending requested information. As everyone knows, mortgage interest rates are slowly, incrementally rising, so, after having delayed us for weeks, it is quite possible that our new monthly mortgage will rise, thanks to the passing of time. These people have ignored requests for documentation Our only recourse, it would seem, spend - on litigation.
