I made a payment for my installment loan via EasyPay Finance and to my surprise, it has not been processed yet. I did, however, receive a confirmation number but even then the payment has not reflected on my account after 2 days. I spoke to - representatives already and only - was able to help but was n't too professional either. The problem here is that if I made a payment on a certain day then it should be processed for that day. It seems to me as if EasyPay/Duvera Financial is just trying avoid payment to cause a delay purposely to see what they can get out of it. I have proof of everything I record everything I do when it comes to them for safety reasons. Anything I can do to resolve this matter?
