Duvera Billing Services, LLC Consumer loan department,
Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease Wisconsin
I obtained a loan to purchase a bedroom set from a local furniture company. I had the cash on me to make the purchase but the store owner told me that I could build my credit by financing the furniture. the total was a little over - and I figured I could pay that off in no time while increasing my credit score. the furniture was financed through Duvera Billing. I have made my monthly payments on time which is - and checked the account and was floored to find that I still owe the same amount after 5 months of payments. I called Duvera to get more information and was appalled when the representative told me that I have an interest rate of 96 %!!! Is that even legal?? I need help! Is there a way to legally get out of this contract without affecting my credit?
