CitiMortgage Dual-Tracking '' activities left me with ruined credit for the last 6 years after I was approved for a mortgage modification by them while they slyly commenced foreclosure activities simultaneously during the modification application period from - 2009 to - 2009. This dual-tracking defeats the purpose of a modification if they were going to commence foreclosure just the same. It smacks of fraud and protects their investment at the cost of consumer creditworthiness and home-ownership.
