LenderLive services my mortgage and has never sent payment coupons, loan servicing paper, or annual - unless I call in an demand that they be sent. Every time I call they say we mailed it ( them ) ; they must have been lost ''. I called on - - for a copy of the federal form - which up to that date they had not sent out.
