I closed an account at TCF Bank - - - in - 2 months ago. I had an $0.00 balance. they were supposed to send a check. I have called them 4 times regarding the issue. It 's $0.00 cents! I am tired of calling them and them saying they sent a new check to me. They have my updated address and I never received it. It should not be this difficult. They are failing to communicate, send me this small check for closing my account, and I 'm tired of calling about it. This was the worst customer service I 've ever received closing an account. It should not be this difficult. - phone call to close and they send a check. Simple stuff but they are not doing it.
