I bought a prepaid - card from -. The card is from NETSPEND Corp in -, T-. I put $500.00 on the card and forgot about fees. I tried to make a purchase for $500.00 - -, 2015 and the card was declined to the Merchant ( - - in California ) so they cancelled the order. NetSpend has put a hold on the $500.00 and wont release it to me despite numerous calls to them. I had to use a different card to purchase the product. Netspend says I have to have the merchand send them something stating the order was cancelled. The merchant says When I cancelled that order it went into cyber space .... '' how do I get NetSpend to release the money??
