I contacted Midland Credit Management , Inc. by letter to request verification of debt. Midland Credit Management has reported an active collectible debt on my credit report and they have failed to produce evidence that they are legally able to collect and report an alleged debt. This debt, should it be mine, is a zombie debt over 7 years old and thus uncollectible.
