received an email stating I owed - on credit card, This is incorrect. Called credit card Paypal MC and they continued to tell me I owed -. I spoke to a supervisor who said I had only made - payments since - 2015 which is incorrect. When I asked why they hadnt contacted me he said they called - times. I did not receive any messages from them on my cell. Supervisor said I should have recognized the number ''. I asked why should I recognize the number. Everyone receives spam calls on cell phones. I respond, at - suggestion, only to calls that are known to me. After an hour of talking we still were no where about this problem. Finally I asked if had been reported to credit bureau, he said yes. I said I was told by a rep last week it was only after 60 days I would be reported. After - minutes of trying to discuss this, he finally agreed I was correct. He was very hard to


have been extremely difficult to deal with since opening the acct - 2015. They incorrectly contacted the credit bureau with a derogatory statement, which after many calls from me then, they finally agreed to correct. If I had not called and insisted, they would not have done it. They also removed - late fees charged for their mistakes. Now they are doing it again. The bank is very questionable in their dealings with me. They are trying to charge me more money than they should and at the same time demanding I 'know '' their phone number when they call sporadically any hour of the day and leave no message. This company is harassing me in regards to this credit card. I have made no late payments anywhere on any acct for the last 15 yrs.
