U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account New Mexico

Horizon Card Services was a rip off card service that I used back in - and quit using in -. I have been having problems with them closing out the account and I have tried many times. I just checked my credit reports and it is still showing as open. I last contacted them in - - and there is still no resolution. They keep trying to keep me on as a customer and I do n't want to be and I owe them no money. I am tired of calling and asking them to close my account as it seems they never will.
