I called American Express at - to apply for a credit card to help with my credit, being a victim of ID Theft, - -, - with IRS and - with a - - credit card. I called them in - of - sent all my police reports to them ( faxed ), when calling today and to see what the update was spoke to a gentlemen who transferred to me -, who could not find the application on file nor the letter sent. When I spoke to the gentlemen in - his name was - had a different accent. Said that application would be investigated, never heard a word.
