All documentation was sent to show payments for each EOB from my - insurance provider. - - - was trying to bill amount outside of contracted agreement with -. - representative informed me that this was illegal, per the contract agreement and my obligations were met. This information was provided to the Bureau Medical Economics who received all receipts of these transactions, but keeps sending harassing phone calls and notices.
