Amex Credit card department,
I Made a Purchase with - $370.00 and i never received the itemthe item that i Purchase It was on - for a Galaxy Note 4 Used and the item was never shipped to me i did also made a claim with - but - has my refund in a pending Status Since - - 2015 and still have not return the funds back to my back account. i contacted American Express About this Problem and they stillstill have the investigation in a pending status and its been 2 weeks and the bank has not provide a resolution for this problem.
