I used Citibanks online payment system to make a payment for $20.00 and they drafted $1500.00 from my bank account without my authorization which i am currently filing fraud charges through my bank against citibank to reverse this fraudulent payment and get my money back. In addition he company will not allow me to take any forebearance which i have requested - times due to medical billing. Also the company will not allow me to adjust my payments in any way which will ultimately lead me to have to default on this loan.
