I received this letter from National Credit Adjusters informing that I owe them a debt. To my knowledge I have never entered into a contract agreement with them or the company they claim they represent. This company is violating - statues of the FDCPA. statue 807 ( 9 ), ( 10 ) misrepresenting affiliation and deception and 812 ( 1962j ) furnishing deceptive forms. Within National Credit 's claim they state, '' NCA is not collecting for - -. '' and them also within the letter this debt collector states that they have been contracted by - - to collect the about referenced account. This statement is a violation of the FDCPA and the above statues mentioned as it was intended to confuse me but upon further research I have determined that both - - and NCA both occupy the same office. I do not owe either of these companies anything. I have never signed a contract with either of them
