My mortgage was transferred to LenderLive for servicing after we closed our loan. Once transferred, we submitted a form to request automatic ACH debits. Although they advertised online submission of the form, it was impossible to submit online. After attempting multiple times to submit online, we physically mailed in in the form. It has been three months since we submitted the form, and we have received no response, despite a promise for a response in less than 30 days.
