Encore Capital Group Debt collection department,

Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

On receiving a request to substantiate charges and liability related to an account this institution had reported to my credit report, the company in a bewildering response ( see attached response ), refused to provide the requisite documents to stay in compliance with the FDCPA and stated they would continue to report the account on my credit report in violation of my legal rights.
