We have contacted the lender several times to refinance this balloon mortgage. We have never made a late payment. The interest rate is over 12 % and unreasonable. This is a - mortgage, without help from the Lender, we have no chance of paying off the loan or keeping our home. We have been denied help from anyone at the company and told not their problem.
