- has that I owe them -. This amount is erroneous. I called - to cancel my mobile service and they refused to cancel unless I paid the outstanding balance so they continued to bill me and add on late fees which totaled the amount above. I can not believe they refused to cancel my service and continued to bill me. this outstanding balance has been transferred to various collection agencies in an attempt to collect the erroneous debt and its negatively impacting my credit score/credit report.
