The Huntington National Bank Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Ohio
I got a car loan with Huntington Bank with payments starting -/-/- for - payments. I paid off my car in -/-/- and was charged a - early payoff fee. I got a letter stating they electronically filed my title and I have to go to the title bureau and pay for a paper title. I got a copy of my loan agreement and it states on line ( - ) License, title AND registration fees $20.00. Bank reps state that I did not pay for my title just the registration fees. I stated that is not what I signed and that is not what the line states it stated AND not OR. I originally called on - - and someone was suppose to call me back by that Friday - -. No call and I called back today - - and the Supervisor I talked to on - - failed to notate my account at all. The Supervisor I talked to today stated the above so I filed a complaint with Huntington case # # - and they stated I might get a letter with the resolution? Which would be nothing because I did not pay for a title and that line means any of the fees. I stated again then it should state OR not AND. I believe I should get a paper copy of my title since I paid for my car in full or I should get remimbursed for the fee I paid plus interest that I paid for all of the years.
