I transferred my Internet, TV and phone from - to - at the end my - billing period on -/-/-. - was installed and working on -/-/-. All - equipment was returned to their local store and I have receipts for everything. Now - has deliberately and falsely billed me $780.00 for - unreturned set top boxes, taxes and for a period after disconnection and - installed and turned collection over to - firms in - different states. This is common billing practice for a firm well known for outrageous customer service that keeps billing and collection actions separate from other services. I 've experienced similar treatment before with - Phone service. But as customers have only - choices. They can get away with it.
