I was denied the chance to continue an application with the - program, by Doral Bank - - -, which has dissapeared and was bought by - other - banks, because I have a HOME OFFICE in the lower floor of my house. I do not know it a - lender can really deny me this service. I really would like to refinance my mortage, so I can lower my mortage payments, just as - other - citizens have done.
