The credit card was paid with a valid lawful financial instrument. Instrument was never returned or denied and believed to have been negotiated by the bank to settle the account. In addition the entity sending the communication CARD SERVICES is believed a third party interloper and Barclay Bank have never requested permission to share private information with CARD SERVICES and such communication might be unlawful
