Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Wisconsin
On - -, 2015, I attempted to submit a dispute regarding - items on my TransUnion credit report : - for - Bank and the other for -. I made it all the way to the uploading supporting documents for my dispute and hitting the submit '' button, but at that time, I received a notice that TranUnion can not process my dispute online and that they would mail me information on how to complete my dispute via regular postal mail because my dispute required a manual review. I have made countless complaints against TransUnion and their practices, and as such, they have had me assigned to a special handling unit '' each and every time I call. In other words, because I am exercising my right to complain about them, they are now retaliating against me by slowing down the dispute process and forcing me to submit my entire dispute by postal mail. This would n't be a problem ; however, in addition to their retaliation against me, this also slows down the dispute process and continues to negatively impact my credit file and credit score, as a result of mail time and manual processing, which is a complete lie on their part. There is no good reason why I can not have my dispute processed online like everyone else. TransUnion is directly retaliating against me because of the numerous complaints I 've made against them over the years, which now has boiled down to negative, inaccurate information remaining on my credit report.
