I received emails from - - ( -- ) re : a debt owed. They state I owe money for a loan that fell delinquent. When I asked them to provide me documentation of my original loan, balance due, payment history and how they acquired my bad debt '', they responded that my paperwork had been seized ''. If I do not pay them now, my file will go to court and that is when I can view the documents. I asked why are the contacting me if my file has been seized ''. They could not answer the question, only told me to pay today to clear the matter. I copied all emails. The collectors are a company I never directly dealt with. Their information is : - -ACE Cash Services ( - ) -
