Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Nevada

I was mandated to make monthly payments to Genesis Lending on my private student loans while attending classes at - -, -, NV. From -/-/- thru -/-/- my monthly payments ranged from $ - $150.00, for a total amount exceeding $1300.00. I was aware that such practices were prohibited while attending classes, however, should I failed to make payments I would have been barred from classes. I would like to be reimburse for those funds.
