I made my payments on time with BMO HARRIS bank, and somehow they missed one of the checks my bank sent, the money cleared my bank account, and the funds were taken from my - checkings account. this happened - of 2014, they 've been calling me an harassing me for a whole year about it, and I already explained the situation - times to different people. they never put notes on the system, they 've called my mom at work, my brothers and almost got my Mother fired, I am a United states Marine. a and they call my job everyday from the same number. and they are not trying to work hard to find out who lost the check and were did my money go. at this point like I said my money cleared the account and I never got reimburse for the lost, if you look at my payment history I 've never missed one payment! and I have - cars. they told me they would take my car and that it was n't their problem the money got Lost, that I HAD to pay.
