Bank of America Credit Card Complaint

Bankruptcy

Bank of America Credit card department,

Bankruptcy Virginia

Bank of America is falsely reporting to credit agencies that - accounts I had with them were discharged in a Chapter - bankruptcy. They were instead included in a wage earner ( Chapter - plan ). The notation of Chapter - is negatively impacting a mortgage application I have pending because while it is permissible to obtain a mortgage with a Chapter - it is not with a Chapter -. This is a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. These are the improperly reported accounts as they appear on my - credit report : Bank of America - Opened - - High Credit Limit $ --Bank of America - Opened - - High Credit Limit $ --Bank of America - Opened - - High Credit Limit $3000.00
