In -/-/- I legally concluded my contract with - Wireless and began a 2 year contract with - - began sending me bills stating that we owed them $310.00. I pay by automatic credit through Wells Fargo - my bank is - - -, -, Va, - with the bank manager, - - ... .I began a dispute through Wells Fargo - # - ) with - - - Wells Fargo Dispute Resolution Center - - - wrote me on -/-/- and stated 'Wells Fargo wanted to assure me that, my dispute was still in progress and to do nothing '' ... *** On -/-/- I telephoned Wells Fargo Dispute Department and spoke to - at - who assured me that the dispute was resolved and the merchant ( - - accepted Wells Fargo 's terms. I asked - for a letter to confirm that information which I never received. - I then called Wells Fargo Dispute Department and again spoke to - on -/-/- who assured me the dispute was resolved in my favor and I should receive the resolution within 10 days. I then forgot about the resolution letter until dealing with Wells Fargo and their encouragement to
collection problem '' on my credit reports - -all companies. I got copies of my credit reports and the 'collection problem '' was the same - issue that Wells Fargo had settled last -/-/-!!! Which was not settled!!! - I then began to call Wells Fargo Dispute Center to get my letter of resolution ; I called on : - - -A manager named - needs to go back into the files but will pull the resolution letter in 48 to 72 hours and send me a hard copy and an email. - - -Jean informs me that - indeed has searched the files but she will do the same and send me a hard copy and an email within 48 to 72 hours. - - -Saturday, @ - - - tells me that she will check to see if where the resolution letter is and I ask for her supervisor. The supervisor -, can not find the letter but writes my bank manager in - - - - -, - and reports to her that he is sending the letter of resolution to her and me and furthermore, he will notifiy - of -/-/- to send along the letter of resolution. This was a 2 hour phone call and neither - nor the supervisor, - knew what they were talking about except to assure me the letter of resolution was being sent. - - - of the Dispute Team informs me that My Case was already pulled up, it was resolved, but they can not find the letter yet she will have the Customer Services write a resolution letter and send it to me w/in 48 to 72 hours. - - -later in the day - has no idea what resolution letter I am talking about***-/-/- - -- supervisor, - - has not idea what resolution letter I am talking - - -- can not answer questions, so I ask for his supervisor - -. - who assures me that she will write up the resolution letter and mail it and email it to me and I should receive the hard copy through the USPS w/in 7 days-/-/- - '' who is totally out of it says the letter from - has been mailed and an email sent which I have never received****-/-/- I disengaged from - '' who could barely talk intelligently and speak with - who says a resolution email was sent from the supervisor - on -/-/- AND a letter was sent USPS on the same day. ****It is - - and I have never received a copy of the resolution letter by email nor hard copy through the USPS - ***Wells Fargo insists it does not keep dispute records after one year when even the IRS asks citizens to keep their tax records for 7 years. The Wells Fargo Dispute Team is incompetent as is my - - Bank Manager, -, whom I have gone to all summer trying to get this letter to get the 'collection complaint ' off
