I have contacted CitiMortgage several times to request a deed in lieu and have been unable to make any leeway with the process. There has been no acknowledgment of receiving my documents and no one seems able to provide any consistent accurate information whenever I call in. I requested the deed in lieu at least a year ago and submitted the documents via e-mail several times.
