For the past several years I have subscribed to Credit Monitoring for - members provided directly by Experian or a direct Experian wholly owned entity. Recently the product underwent changes and the new product is far less useful that previous. I decided to cancel this service. However, Experian makes cancellation - likely on purpose - so difficult to accomplish that after several days they are still unable / unwilling to cancel this service upon my demand. I have attempted on multiple occasions to call the number they have given for cancellations and on each and every instance have encountered hold times exceeding - hours. Ultimately I have never been able to reach a representative to cancel. My desire is to cancel this service effective immediately as of -/-/2015. There is no possible scenario under which I would be willing to keep this service. However, Experian refuses to allow me to cancel. I should point out that calling Experian from my current - is NOT toll free. I have already wasted over - hours of - charges trying to cancel. I am NOT willing to call again.
