U.S. Bancorp Credit Card Complaint

Billing statement

U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Billing statement Washington

US Bank issued - credit cards to my business. Each card had a separate statement, balance, credit line, reward program. After a few months the cards were - declined. Paper statements and online banking - showed in excess of $15000.00 credit available between the - cards. The bank asserted that the total corporate credit was $16000.00 and the balance was maxed out. Multiple bank employees looked at the account and reported that there should be plenty of credit still available. After calling around they then returned to say that there was only $16000.00 credit total rather than $16000.00 per card. In the process of applying for the cards, the business also applied for a line of credit through US Bank. Under the advisement of the business banker we requested $25000.00. It was denied because we had too much credit with US Bank. We were advised that as long as we were under $50000.00 we should qualify for the loan.
