U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Went to the credit card companies website to make a payment. I submitted the payment and the response from the website was the transaction timed out '' please visit our site at a later time. I logout out came back, later and tried again. This time the message was, we are experiencing technical difficulties. please try again later. I did and got the same message. When to check my checking account balance and the transaction was posted - times. Called the - number on the back of the card. Operating asked me which of the transfers were to be reversed and I told her the last -. I asked how long it would take to have the funds returned and she said, depending on the backlog, between - and - days ''. I found this situation unacceptable. Want to let other know of the issue I was having.
