Genesis Lending Student Loan Complaint

Genesis Lending Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Ohio

While attending - University online, I was told that I needed to obtain a GENESIS LOAN in the amount of $7500.00 but with the interest rate by the time I pay it off, it will be over $10000.00. I was then told a month later that I did n't need the loan, the financial aid department just did n't pull my financial aid in time and they could n't pull them in past time. So now I am stuck with a private loan that I never needed just to attend - University when it was owned by - Colleges in - 2013. I was looking online and noticed that - had to forgive $480.00 - in Genesis Loans however I was never informed of this - so where is my forgiveness? How do I get forgiveness for a loan I never needed and can barely pay for?
