Bank of America seeks to enforce a debt which is non-existent, not based on a final judgment, and beyond the California Statute of Limitations of four years for a contract debt. The debt collection is barred by the statute of limitations and enforcement is illegal. Researching the matter required the use of a California Licensed Investigator which resulted in a cost to me of $1000.00.
