I viewed my - credit report in - 2015. I notieced a collection account that was added by Commonwealth Financial - - - -, - -, PA - ) in - 2015. I never received any letter or phone call regarding this alleged account. Since I found this on my credit report - I contacted, via certified mail, the collection agency and still have not heard anything from them. This collection agency is not complying with the dunning notice requirement.
