Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

Called - - -. about a collection showing on my credit report. Found out it was in my husbands name for a medical co-pay. My name was not on debt or insurance, but they placed on my report and will not remove, even if I pay it. I looked at FCRA and believe this is illegal.
