U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Ohio

This individual enter our lives back in - 2013. This individual with the intent to defraud my family he built our trust and confidence, and misrepresented himself as a entrepreneur/multi millionaire. After he built our trust he wanted us to open an Assistant Living Facility business. I explained to him time and time again it takes money to open a business and we do not have money to do that! This individual kept pressuring to open this facility so we could be millionaires like him and his family. He pressured us so much we had gotten and - number but never got a building, he said the first thing is to get business credit cards to help with business acumen ect. He advised me they were to be used for business purchases only but he needed to be added as an authorized user, this individual was living off of these business cards and would call the bank cards to ask them not to send statements out so I would n't see the charges on the cards I called Us Bank and reported fraud and ask them too shut the card down they said they did but this individual, found out when he went to use the card again and call the card and had them issue him another card, without my authorization i was going back in forth with the us bank customer service and fraud department. I went to my local police department and have the Detective involved in this fraud case, but I still continue getting harassing phone calls from Us Bank on my phone and now they call my job! I asked them never to call me at my job again on a recored line and they continue to call. I have gave them the police report number like they ask, and the Detective name and phone number, and explained to them that I have talk to them more than i talk to my own family cause they call me daily, more than once and now my job.
