Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Ohio
I have not received a final response, however I challenged with all - bureaus a falsely identified item ( listed as a judgment entry which was later appealed and removed ) - of the - bureaus successfully removed the judgment from my credit file. However, I have had to file another investigation with transunion in which I argued that they did not investigate anything because if they did they would have removed the error like the other - agencies did. I shortly thereafter received a letter that they would not be investigating any complaints on my account because they believed they were n't coming from me. I called and verified that they were coming from me and they need to work on the issues I am presenting while trying to clean up my credit report. To this date, the item has not been removed, it was originally to have been investigated more than 60 days ago.
