Problem-Garnishment of Funds by Blatt, Hasemiller, Leibsker- & Moore LLC for a - account that had been settled. The law firm of Blatt, Hasemiller, Leibsker & Moore LLC. BHLM garnished my income tax returns for an account that had been previously settled. I had already submitted the paperwork to them a few years back. After coming across that old documentation again, I re-submitted it to the law firm on today -/-/-. On -/-/- I received a letter in the mail stating that the firm did an investigation and can find no evidence that this account was ever settled or paid in full. I also was sent a copy of a Request and Writ For Garnishment ( Income Tax Refund/ Credit - dated -/-/- I never received. I do have a copy of the Request and Writ For Garnishment ( Income Tax Refund/ Credit ) that I had received and do n't understand why there are now two.
