I have a loan through Freedom Mortgage - - months ago I applied for HARP- I sent in all documents that Freedom request- - weeks ago ( -/-/15 ) I found out via email that the loan had been closed on -/-/2015- no explanation given- - days prior to receiving an email from the loan processor I was informed that I would have to pay $130.00 at closing- if I agreed they would continue with the loan- I asked what the $130.00 was for - no answer- I was dealing with - - with - and the next thing I received was an email from the loan processor telling me that the loan was closed did not give me an explanation nor a date of when the loan was closed - sent emails and left messages - no response from -. I request to speak to his manager- - - - - assured ( - - informed me the loan was closed on -/-/2015- had I not received a notice in the mail ) I informed him that I had not received a notice via US mail and if the loan was closed on -/-/15 why was I still receiving


loan on me stating that I had not sent in all required documents- tried to explain that I never received an request from - - or his - loan processors I was dealing with- - - stated that I did not send in the name of the HOA or the amount I paid monthly- - - was informed from the first day that I did not have a HOA or paid dues- I received an email from - - on Monday -/-/15 asking if I had been informed of $180.00 that was one of the issues with my HARP loan ( which was closed on -/-/15 ) - sent an email informing him I did not know anything about $180.00 and what other issues - I have not received a phone call or a email from - - or Freedom Mortgage- the lack of response and keeping me hanging for - ( nearly - months ) without an explanation or an effort to move forward with a HARP modification loan. Freedom Mortgage does not take responsibility for their mistakes and lack of communications but now I feel I have been discriminated against. I would like Freedom Mortgage to answer my questions regarding all issues I have had with their company.
