Sterling Jewelers Inc. Credit card department,
Kay Jewelers is set to come off my credit reports in - 2016. However, Florida Statute - indicates that it should not be reported more than 5 years after the final payment which led to the charge-off. Therefore, it is beyond statute of limitation.
