I have my credit frozen with Experian and -. I havesubmitted all information they have requested to unfreeze mycredit per their website. I have lost my - digit pin numberthey require which is why I have to send everything in themail they request as proof of identity. I receive nothing backsaying why they have not unfroze my credit and thereforeI ca n't get a loan currently. You ca n't talk to anyone on thephone because they just direct you to the website with theinstructions to follow to send everthing snail mail to get itunfroze. Help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as Ido n't know what else to do at this point.
