Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was discharged in bankruptcy New Jersey
Over - phone calls in last appox 120 days. I advised them when returning phone calls of bankruptcy ( - 2014 ) discharge. Supervisor said i was crazy and I initiated all phone calls.I have ignored the calls, but i am getting calls now early a.m on weekends. They also read me my attorney 's name address and number without my providing it, so they know of my discharge info without me giving them details. Portfolio Recovery
