i went in to locate 53rd bank - - - - -, OH - wanting a explanation on why in being charge overdraft fee, they no explanation on what chagers cause the overdraft and why i being charged $74.00 in fees when the fee should be $37.00, spoke with branch manger and she talked on me like i dont keep any record on my account, ask to close my account and was told i could not close my account
